The most treasured award a Ford dealership can now receive is the President's
Award, an honor based on customer-satisfaction surveys sent directly by the
factory to Ford buyers.
Riverside Ford has received the President's award for five
consecutive years: 1999 through 2003.
Nearly 4,000 Ford dealerships compete, but the President's Award is an
achievement by an elite group of 340 dealers whose exceptional efforts and
superior performance distinguish the as leaders amongst their peers, within
their communities, and most importantly , by their customers. An accomplishment
this significant can only be achieved by a total team effort.
Each year, Ford Motor Company honors a select group of Ford and Lincoln
Mercury dealers who have demonstrated exceptional achievement in customer
satisfaction. The Presidents Award, Ford Motor Company's highest honor, inspires
dealers to strive for excellence and improve the overall ownership experience
